1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AdeptVue mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

To participate in monetization features, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Creator Content

A. Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant AdeptVue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Display
• Distribute
• Promote
• Monetize

Your content within the Platform.

B. Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is unlawful
• Infringes intellectual property
• Contains hate speech or harassment
• Promotes violence
• Contains explicit sexual material
• Misleads users about financial, health, or legal advice

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

5. Monetization

Creators may become eligible for monetization if they meet platform requirements, which may include:

• Minimum watch hours
• Minimum content uploads
• Compliance with community guidelines

Eligibility does not guarantee payment.

Revenue Share

Revenue sharing percentages are determined by AdeptVue and may vary based on:

• Promotional periods
• Founder incentives
• Program participation

AdeptVue reserves the right to modify revenue structures with notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

Creators are responsible for:

• Providing accurate tax information
• Reporting income as required by law

AdeptVue may withhold payouts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

6. Affiliate Links & Sponsorships

Creators may include affiliate links or sponsored content provided:

• Disclosures are clear and conspicuous
• Content complies with applicable advertising laws
• The content does not mislead users

AdeptVue is not responsible for agreements between creators and third-party brands.

7. Platform Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements.

AdeptVue retains the right to:

• Insert advertisements into content
• Modify ad formats
• Control ad inventory placement

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of monetization systems
• Harmful conduct

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings where fraud or abuse is involved.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific earnings for creators

Content is provided for informational purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdeptVue shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdeptVue from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
